Using Postvail
Postvail helps you prepare marketplace listing text and photos. You review the results, choose the photos to export, and publish the listing yourself. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for following your marketplace's rules. Postvail is not affiliated with the marketplaces shown in the app.
Your photos and content
Upload only content you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights to that content and permit Postvail and its processing providers to use it to deliver the service. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, attempt to access another account, or abuse the service or its usage limits. Our privacy and deletion page explains how photos and listings are handled.
Review generated results
AI suggestions and photo cleanup can contain errors. Check product identity, condition, labels and edges before use. Only you can confirm working condition and included accessories. Postvail does not guarantee authenticity, listing accuracy, a selling price or a sale. Keep the original photo whenever cleanup changes important item details.
Accounts and listing packs
Keep your sign-in access secure. Explicitly save listings you want to retain; unsaved listings expire after 24 hours. Listing packs are one-time purchases and are subject to the purchase policy, including the no-refund policy except where applicable law requires otherwise. Usage limits and available features are shown in the app. Service availability and generated results can vary.
Questions and account deletion
Use Help & support for account, payment or listing problems. You can request permanent deletion from your Account page. Deletion removes access to saved listings and unused balance, and minimal billing records may be retained. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
