Final sales

Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This includes unused listing balances and dissatisfaction with generated text or photos. Review the available free watermarked preview before purchasing. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

What you buy

The pack shows its listing quantity, currency and one-time price before checkout. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Listings are added after payment confirmation. Paid listings do not expire while your account remains open. Deleting your account removes access to any unused balance; it does not automatically issue a refund.

Unlocking a preview or creating a full listing from your balance uses one listing and includes up to five photos and two shared text or photo-cleanup retries. Editing and downloading do not use another listing. A failed full generation releases its reserved listing; that is a balance restoration, not a cash refund. Individual cleanup failures can leave a usable listing with original photos.

Payment problems

If payment is pending or your balance has not updated, check the original purchase before paying again. Report duplicate charges, an unrecognized payment or a missing paid balance to support. We can investigate payment and access errors; reporting a problem does not guarantee a refund.
